The Monero Observer clearnet site has been experiencing intermittent outages when accessed through Tor in the past ~72 hours. However, it should be accessible through clearnet. The onionsite has always been reachable.

Update: DNS switch fixed the issue for monero.observer > tor; debugging ongoing to find root cause.
